Our dental office is dedicated to serving its patients in a professional, efficient and courteous manner, sensitive to their dental needs with a commitment to quality service.
To assist us in scheduling your appointment, please remember the following:
  • Your initial visit, with the exception for certain emergency cases, is for consultation only. This enables us to fully evaluate your dental concern and tailor the care to your specific needs. If treatment can be rendered we will discuss your options at that time. 
  • If you must cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance or you may be charged for not keeping your appointment. 
  • Patients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for all appointments and treatment. 
  • Please bring all your medical information, as well as a list of ALL medications you are currently taking to your appointment. 
  • Please bring all your insurance information and a photo ID. Our financial coordinator will be available to answer any questions or concerns.
